Use of the Site
You agree that you will only use our web site in a way which is consistent with our terms and conditions and which complies with applicable laws and regulations. Yourclub reserves the right to use all public content displayed on your site for advertising, marketing and promotional use.

Yourclub.ie will provide the following services: -

(b) Access to the online members administration tool.
(c) Web hosting for the content on your website.
(d) Web based communication tools
(e) Customer service support. We will endeavor to respond to any questions that you may have within 24 hours of receipt of your query. All support calls should be submitted via email to customerservice@yourclub.ie
(f) Updates as the site acquires additional affiliates and new services
Client's Obligations
You agree with us in the following terms: -
(a) It is your responsibility to ensure that the content on your website is true; not misleading and is not abusive or of ill nature. Yourclub.ie will not be held responsible in any circumstance for any matters arising from a breach of this obligation and shall have the right to terminate your service forthwith in the event of any such breach.
(b) You warrant that you own the copyright or have the reproduction rights of all artwork, trade names, photographs, databases and other materials supplied to Yourclub.ie for inclusion on your website.
(c) Yourclub have full permission and rights to advertise on your website and social media pages. If necessary, you will allow Yourclub to reposition the content on your website in order to accommodate any 3rd party advertising. Yourclub.ie reserves the right to append a hyperlink to it's own website at the very end of each page designed for you.
(d) To allow your governing Football Association, County or League to post and display messages and any other communications they feel are relevant in a designated area on your website created using our club website service.
Limitation of Liability
In respect of any of the information provided by you, we will display your website on the basis that:
(a) all information received from you is accurate, complete, not misleading and up to date;
(b) you fully understand that Yourclub will not be held responsible for legal action arising from your content, or any other 3rd party.
(c) Yourclub arranges hosting of services for you using third parties. In this respect we act as your agent and you accept that the third party hosting company has sole liability to provide hosting services. We make no warranty or guarantee as to the availability or non-interruption of these hosting services and we cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of the hosting services.
And you hereby indemnify and hold harmless Yourclub.ie against all costs, losses damages and liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to the inaccuracy of any information provided by you or a breach by you of the obligations or warranties contained above.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, neither Yourclub nor any of its directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the materials in and/or facilities or services offered through this website, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, even if the Yourclub have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. All rights and ownership of registered club domain names belong to Yourclub.ie and we shall own the full copyright of all graphics, text and scripts. You may not alter or remove the contents of the website.
This Agreement shall be governed by Irish Law and proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in the republic of Ireland.
Fees and Commission
Your club website will be provided to you free of charge.
A transaction fee of 0.5% will be automatically paid to Yourclub on all financial transactions conducted through our payment gateway for club affiliated apparel and registration fees.
Yourclub will also engage with other suppliers to promote and sell their services/products on your club website. A commission will be paid to the club upon each transaction conducted from the club website. This fee will vary depending on the supplier.
Please note that all transactions are subject to a payment processing fee by Paypal. This is not a fee imposed by Yourclub but is a standard fee to imposed by the payment processor to accept credit card transactions.
Yourclub will also provide the facility to run online fundraising events and each of these will be subject to a commission payable to yourclub. The commission rate will be set per each fundraising activity.
Marketing and Persmissions
The club hereby acknowledge and agree that they have permissiosn from their members and associates to provide their details to Yourclub Sports Limited to allow them to market to their members and associates via email, phone and post.
Affiliates
Yourclub.ie will continually sign up affiliates to your website. Clubs will be paid a commission which will be agreed on an individual basis between the affiliate and www. yourclub for all sales from within the club websites.
On occasion separate Terms and Conditions may apply with regard to conducting business with our affiliates. Yourclub have the right to advertise and promote products and services to members who have signed up to your website and accepted the terms and conditions.
Alterations
We may amend this web site and our services any time with or without notice to you.
